Sophie Phelps
Responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of Grey Orchid Properties, Sophie ensures the business remains aligned with its vision and core values.
Sophie brings financial acumen, alongside hands-on landlord experience, to the role. As a working mum, she also understands the importance of efficient, responsive and well-organised property management that genuinely supports busy landlords and Contract-Holders.
She ensures the business maintains a strong ethical commitment, with a clear focus on meeting client and Contract-Holder needs, striving to exceed expectations while protecting property investments.
